Observation

Large wood piece near the back fence in the outdoor licensed space has serveral large nails accessible to children. Pressure gate to make stairway on the lower level was not set up during the time of inspection for licensor to ensure gate is secure to make inaccessible to children. 2 outlets observed in the main childcare are are not tamper-resistant. Outlet in desired licensed bathroom has GFCI outlet type but not tamper-resistant. Sticker/black berry bushes with thorn located on right side of the yard and several areas along the fence accessible to children Pile of broken branches on the left side of the home accessible to children.
